  Horrible experience with this company, never able to communicate by phone so that you might at least get to talk to a human. Instead this company hides behind emails and broken promises of deliveries pending, back orders and warehouse mix-ups. Always excuses and never delivery, even when I finally gave up and cancelled my order the promise made by Rebeka (if she is a real person) was a confirmation number would be sent in 24-48 hours for the refund. Why the refund could not be immediate I'll never know, but the refund never came to reality, instead I had to dispute it and I am still waiting for the money to return to my account. The automated response on the refund that has not yet come was including an adjustment fee of $2.98 that I am to be charged for cancelling my order that American Flag Store was incapable of filling... What gives? I patiently waited more than a month and a half for an order that will never come, now I am charged an adjustment fee? I admit the fee is small but maybe they should pay me for my wasted time and the money they had taken out of my account for their own use? I have read other reviews where the company claims to have no record of that particular customer who posted the bad review, but I assure you that I was a customer, and have all my emails back and forth with the company to prove it. If you were able to read this far my experience perhaps benefited someone and I will be proud to say that I have never posted a review until this one but I feel this warning needed to be put out there to help another potential victim from falling prey to this company's lies.
