  Well I was actually really excited to find out there was a TMobile back in orange until I found out that they could do absolutely nothing for me. I went in to return an item I bought in P.Am and was told I had to bring it back to the store J got it from. REALLY??? Since when can u not bring merchandise with a receipt back to a store that is Incorporated with the same store. Next question was to help me make sure my very first TMobile phone was unlocked. NOPE!!! She said I had to call customer service. I asked if she could call for me...nope she refused....why are 3 people being paid to work here and do NOTHING???
